Responsibilities Assist the PM in all stages of project life cycle from buyout to CoO Assist the PM in creating and managing the project budget and schedule Create and maintain a submittal log for all RFIs, Change Orders and paperwork pertaining to the project Management of ordering all materials for the jobsite
Qualifications Experience as an Assistant Project Manager on a ground up multifamily wrap project in excess of $30MM OSHA 30 certification Procore certification or equivalent experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints
