Our client is a multi-family general contractor who specializes in ground-up Senior Living Facilities. They have experienced consistent growth since the beginning of the company and they currently have a very strong project backlog to carry them into 2025. They are currently looking to bring on an Assistant Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to help manage their current pipeline of work. Job Description Assist Project Manager in all phases of construction Writes RFI's, submits for approval and distributes accordingly. Travel a few days per month Reviews and understands the subcontract documents as they apply to assigned areas of responsibility. Work with owner/client to provide updates, obtain approvals and complete change orders for scope of work revisions Assists with documenting changes; maintains project records, red line transfers and correspondence. The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of construction experience Recent experience working for a commercial General Contractor Experience in multifamily construction is preferred but not required BS in Construction Management or equivalent highly preferred Ability to travel a few days per month Must have be proficient in construction software with procore (or equivalent) experience What's on Offer Base salary starting at $75-$95k based on experience 2+ Weeks of PTO Excellent company culture with high employee retention 401(k) with 4% match Quick advancement into a PM position Bonus earning potential based on project/company performance Excellent healthcare coverage Dental Vision Life & disability insurance Flexible PTO Great culture - strong values All local work
