Job Description Project Management: Assist in the management of all phases of ground-up construction projects, including pre-construction, sitework, vertical build, and closeout Safety Compliance: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met Schedule Management: Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules Documentation: Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a proactive mindset Team Leadership: Support contract administration and reporting while maintaining tight communication with internal and external stakeholders Quality Control: Participate in on-site walks, inspections, and quality assurance checks regularly MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
