Job Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of ground-up construction projects. Support project managers in budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews to ensure timely delivery of materials and work. Track project progress, identify issues, and assist in resolving delays. Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes. Support site safety compliance and quality control procedures. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management. Assist in project closeout, including punch lists and final documentation.
