As Coastal Engineering continues to expand its presence along the East Coast, we're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager with a background in marine construction to support our growing pipeline of complex infrastructure projects.Join a company that’s scaling fast—and build your career as we build the coast.ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and maintaining schedules, budgets, and project work plans for marine construction projects (ports, seawalls, bridges, subsea pipelines, etc.).Review engineering plans, contracts, and site conditions to identify scope, risks, and logistical challenges.Coordinate with project management, field operations, vendors, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution.Track and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.Support procurement of equipment, materials, and specialty subcontract services.Assist with project meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and contribute to client communications.Participate in safety compliance, quality control, and regulatory commercial diving submittals.Provide on-site support to superintendents, divers, and field crews to ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.Compensation details: 85000-100000 Yearly SalaryPIb463b18a0d71-30070-38491994
