Job Description

Lead all phases of ground-up hospitality construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans

Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams

Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, conflicts, or issues

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies

Oversee subcontractor performance and manage contracts and change orders

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders

Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes

Drive high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects, ideally in the hospitality or commercial sector

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to handle complex project challenges

Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration

Proficient in construction management software and tools

In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Comfortable with frequent travel to job sites as needed

A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to project excellence and client satisfaction

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment
