Job Description
- Support project managers across all phases of construction
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Maintain documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
- Utilize construction management platforms like Procore, Sage, or similar
- Assist in ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards

The Successful Applicant
- 2-4 years of NYC construction experience, preferably in high-end retail or luxury residential
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills and familiarity with Procore
- Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred
- Eager to grow, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, design-driven environments
