Overview Four Seasons Home Improvement is seeking a reliable, motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in overseeing residential home improvement and exterior renovation projects. This position offers growth opportunities across operations and sales.
Qualifications Valid drivers license and ability to travel between job sites High school diploma or GED 2+ years of project management experience (assistant or lead role) Familiarity with residential roofing, siding, windows, and doors (required) Knowledge of decking, patios, and porch construction () Strong multitasking skillsability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Eagerness to learn and grow within all areas of the business Comfortable learning and using new technologies and business software Experience with Leap CRM, Contractor Connection, Monday.com, Excel, and Word ( but not required) Professional, client-facing demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities Key Responsibilities Assist the Install/Project Manager throughout all stages of the project, including planning, coordination, and on-site installation support Inspect project sites and assist in determining scopes of work Communicate project agreements and expectations with clients Help coordinate any scope adjustments and negotiate changes with customers Assist in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring legal compliance Assist in managing crew members and subcontractors Oversee on-site work quality, safety, and compliance with company standards Maintain site cleanliness and workmanship standards upon project completion Foster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $40,000$45,000 (commensurate with experience) + performance bonuses (override) after probationary period OTE Year 1: $75,000 guaranteed Company Vehicle, Gas Card & E-ZPass Provided Company-issued iPhone & iPad Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM, plus flexible 2 Saturdays/month (9:00 AM12:00 PM)
