Assistant Project Manager - Base Builds - NoVA

The Assistant Project Manager - Base Builds - NoVA will be responsible for:

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning and execution of base building and mission critical projects
• Assist with subcontractor coordination, document control, RFI and submittal processes
• Help manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation
• Participate in site meetings, safety reviews, and progress tracking
• Contribute to the overall success of the project team by promoting collaboration and problem-solving

The Assistant Project Manager - Base Builds - NoVA will have:

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with base building experience
• Exposure to mission critical or data center projects is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Desire to grow with a company and pursue a long-term career path

The Assistant Project Manager - Base Builds - NoVA will receive:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 (up to $90,000 for top candidates)
