Join Our Team as an Assistant Nurse Manager! We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Nurse Manager to lead and improve patient care within our Pulmonary/Renal unit. In this pivotal role, you will engage in coordination, planning, and operational management, collaborating closely with the Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Specialty Nursing Division. Key Responsibilities: Mentor and guide professional caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care. Facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout the acute care stay. Provide visible leadership and support to nursing staff during your assigned shift. Ensure compassionate and competent care for all patients, including those in inpatient, ambulatory, and community settings. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies and programs aligned with the hospital's mission. Collaborate with department leaders to achieve both short- and long-term goals and objectives. Requirements: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or comparable advanced degree is preferred.
