Shift: Variable schedule - Days, Nights, and Weekends (eligible for shift differentials)

Key Responsibilities Serve as a visible, supportive leader who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment. Partner with nursing leadership to maintain optimal staffing levels and productivity. Ensure operational readiness and compliance with clinical standards. Identify staff development needs and champion evidence-based practice. Oversee and participate in a rigorous training and orientation program. Support hospital and regional initiatives that enhance patient care and safety. Qualifications Required: 5 years of recent critical care RN experience BSN or MSN in Nursing Current RN license in state of employment BLS, ACLS, PALS, and department-specific life support certifications Valid driver's license Preferred: 2 years of previous flight nursing 6-12 months of clinical leadership experience Certification: Certified Flight RN upon hire or within 2 years Specialty Nursing Certification within 2 years (must sit for exam within 6 months of hire) Physical Requirements Medium work - ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs constantly.
