Knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health codes, and company safety policies. Assisting in Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security measures, managing inventory, and analyzing financial performance. Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for new team members. Conducting performance reviews, motivating staff, and initiating disciplinary actions as needed. Ensuring our equipment and facilities meet company standards through a preventative maintenance program. Striving for food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. Executing corporate and local marketing plans promptly and effectively. Having authority to participate in hiring and firing decisions.
