About the Job We are searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Boston Logan Airport . In this role, you will assist the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and exceptional service. Position Qualifications To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

At least 3 years of proven experience in restaurant management.

Current or the ability to obtain a ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification.

Prior Fast Food or fast casual experience preferred

Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., perform standing, bending, and ladder-climbing tasks, and work long hours in various temperatures.

Proficiency in food planning/preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, and recordkeeping/report preparation.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and fundamental math skills.

Ability to understand and analyze P&L statements, sales reports, and labor scheduling.

Flexible schedule to meet the business needs of the airport, including weekends and holidays. We are closed on Sundays.

Important Notes :

Mandatory FBI Criminal Background Check required by the airport.

Serve as a liaison for employee security clearances. Reliable transportation is a must.
