As an Assistant Manager at Belle Tire, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience and that our operations run smoothly. What You'll Do: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Adhere to the Belle Tire's proven Sales Process. Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate daily cash reconciliation. Direct workflow in the shop to optimize efficiency and performance. Oversee daily store operations, including paperwork and compliance with opening and closing procedures. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members while managing staff schedules. Coach and mentor employees to achieve personal and store goals, fostering a positive work culture. Manage inventory effectively to ensure availability and optimal stock levels. Maintain a pristine and organized facility, emphasizing safety and cleanliness. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license. Have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a retail or automotive service setting. Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Preferred Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift weights up to 75 pounds. Work Environment: This role is based in a fast-paced tire and automotive service retail store. Expect varying work hours, Monday through Saturday, with potential for overtime.
