Job Summary
Are you passionate about great food, high standards, and leading kitchen teams in a fun and dynamic environment? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help run back-of-house operations for a unique, high-volume hospitality concept.
What You’ll Do: Support kitchen leadership in day-to-day operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food cost control
Ensure food quality and consistency by supervising prep and recipe execution
Assist with hiring, training, and developing kitchen staff
Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Drive a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and fun while maintaining operational excellence What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment ($5M+ annual revenue preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and food/labor cost tracking
Solid knowledge of sanitation regulations and kitchen best practices Benefits: Great benefits, including 401K
