Investigate and respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests Lead shifts by making strategic decisions, managing schedules, and planning to maintain the highest quality in food preparation and service Provide direction to employees regarding operations and procedural issues while developing employees by providing ongoing feedback, establish performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of senior management experience in a reputable full-service, high-volume dining establishment upscale / fine dining establishment Extensive front-of-house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic EOE #LI-KJ1 Pay Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.Champion company standards and service levels to drive sales and optimize costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor Assist the General Manager in ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
