Responsibilities: Ensure smooth daily operations Assist with training, recruiting, HR, administrative duties, financial statements, and customer service inquiries Lead the wine program, including inventory management and wine list development Organize and supervise opening and closing shifts to ensure an excellent guest and employee experience Provide leadership and guidance to teams while fostering our Culture of Caring Respond promptly to guest and employee feedback Assist in managing costs, driving sales, and supporting financial goals Partner with GM and management to hire, onboard, train, and develop staff Conduct inventories, manage supplies, and oversee deliveries Promote teamwork and professionalism Handle challenges with tact and courtesy Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel as needed Move and lift up to 50 pounds as required Qualifications: 5+ years of restaurant management experience 2+ years as an Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant Strong knowledge of wine and program management Leadership and team development skills Experience with inventory and BOH systems Wine certification (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar) is a plus Salary Range: USD $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
