This position may not be present at every location and can serve as a leadership developmental role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive team performance in BOH and FOH towards excellence in execution and guest service. Create a positive team environment to promote sales and retain top talent, with support from the GM. Proactively promote guest service and handle restaurant-level issues or complaints. Assist the GM in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top talent from various sources. Help manage the financial and operational performance to meet or exceed goals. Lead by example through performance management, coaching, and role modeling. Focus on the development of Shift Supervisors as direct reports to both GM and AGM. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards, legal regulations, and security procedures. Communicate daily with the GM to ensure smooth operations. Perform other duties as assigned by the GM. Obtain a ServSafe Certification within 90 days of hire. Requirements At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience in QSR with P&L responsibilities. Proven leadership and team motivation skills. Effective communication skills in English. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook). High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional Info Physical Demands and Work Environment : Must be able to stand, walk, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
