As an Assistant General Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations and ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete their tasks efficiently. Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability. Ensure that our restaurant serves safe, high-quality food in a friendly atmosphere. Foster a safe working environment for all employees and a pleasant experience for our customers. We are looking for candidates with: A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. A High School Diploma or GED (College or University Degree preferred). 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility. Basic computer literacy and business math skills. The ability to stand and walk for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant. A strong preference for internal promotion from the Shift Manager position.
