Job Details:
Type: Full-Time
Location: Augusta, GA
Pay: $19.30/hr
Shift: 7PM - 7AM (12-hour rotating shifts)
Main Responsibilities:
Safety: Attend safety meetings, ensure PPE and GMP compliance, and complete audit sheets.
Quality: Communicate schedules, verify batch codes, handle HACCP paperwork, and conduct quality checks.
Production: Lead, train, and guide team members; troubleshoot machinery; develop safety and production programs.
Skills & Qualification:
Essential Skills: Leadership, mechanical aptitude, documentation skills, clear handwriting.
Desired Experience: Production or manufacturing background, knowledge of quality standards.
