Location: Fort Mill, SC

Envoy Recruitment is hiring an Assistant Director of Surgical Services to support day-to-day operations across the Operating Room (OR), Pre-Op/PACU, and Sterile Processing at a leading hospital in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Reporting to the Market Director, this position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor clinical teams, oversee scheduling, manage supply needs, and ensure smooth, efficient workflows across perioperative services.

• Oversee daily operations across OR, Pre-Op/PACU, and Sterile Processing

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure adherence to policies and best practices

• Manage supply and equipment ordering

• Coordinate staff scheduling and daily assignments

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical environment

• Collaborate with leadership on performance and process improvements

Education

• Required: Bachelors degree in Nursing

• Preferred: Masters in Nursing, Health Administration, Business, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years clinical experience in a surgical or perioperative setting

• 2+ years in a progressive leadership role (Manager, Charge Nurse, etc.)

• OR experience strongly preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN license (must meet state requirements)

• Current CPR certification
