Join Our Team! Are you an experienced, dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, supportive environment? Our skilled nursing facility is committed to providing exceptional care, and we’re seeking a passionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and inspire our nursing team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care. Key Responsibilities:
Promote a safe, healthy workplace that enhances the delivery of high-quality care.
Cultivate a culture of professional development and team engagement.
Lead and supervise nursing personnel to maintain outstanding resident care.
Serve as a key liaison between nursing staff and facility management.
Resolve nursing and unit-related issues quickly and effectively.
Attend and oversee weekly wound rounds.
Play an active role in facility surveys and compliance initiatives.
Foster clear communication with staff, physicians, and residents’ families.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, valid New York State License.
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care.
Proven ability to manage pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.
