Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assist with oversight of facility maintenance and repair

Manage tenant relations and tenant collections

Oversee project management and daily operations of buildings

Maintain all necessary files and execute routine inspections

Follow up on maintenance programs and recommend issuance of work orders

Review vendor experience and requirements to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations

Assist in formal reporting to property owners on the state of their properties

Coordinate move-ins and move-outs

Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

Ability to maintain accurate records

Proficiency in at least one PM software (Yardi, MRI etc)

Understanding of Financial Report & CAM reconciliation

Regulatory & Risk Management

Good transportation and willingness to visit properties throughout the Tampa Bay Area

Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and vendor relations

Prefer at least one year of property management experience (residential or commercial) or at least two of the following:

Collections

Building mechanical or construction trade experience

Commercial insurance

Building and zoning codes

Bookkeeping

Commercial real estate

Bilingual (Spanish/English)
