Overview The City of Fayetteville is seeking talented and energetic applicants for an Assistant City Attorney position. This position is responsible for providing a wide range of legal advice to assigned departments, boards and commissions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ordinances, deeds, leases and other legal documents; representing the City in litigation and at various administrative hearings. Represent the City in litigation and at administrative hearings. Qualifications Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Three years of increasingly responsible experience as a practicing attorney in municipal or government law. License to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
