We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assembler to join our team.
In this role, you will be the key player in the assembly, testing, and preparation of Phillips Hybrid machines, ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality and performance.
How will you contribute mightily to our Mission:
Assemble and wire control panels and electrical harnesses for Phillips Hybrid machines, adhering to strict quality and safety protocols.
Develop and implement efficient testing methods for controls and harnesses to ensure proper function.
Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) with the correct software for each machine type.
Assemble, tune, and test deployment mechanisms.
Create and update electrical schematics to document any wiring or component changes.
Manage and maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring stock is replenished as needed.
Package control systems and hardware into kits for shipment and coordinate with our Operations team to ensure on-time delivery.
Ship spare or replacement parts to support customers and field service installers.
Collaborate with our Engineering team to improve product quality and implement new updates.
Maintain a clean and presentable working environment, including our showroom and warehouse spaces.
What you will bring to the role:
3+ years of experience assembling control panels
Experience working with robotics would be preferred
Computer skills preferred for this role:
CAD Viewing Software: Used to view electrical or mechanical blueprints and assembly instructions.
e.g., SolidWorks eDrawings, AutoCAD Viewer
Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Especially Excel (logging measurements, creating checklists), Word (documenting processes), and Outlook or Gmail (communication).
Basic File Management
Navigating folders, opening PDFs, accessing shared drives.
Email and Communication Tools
For interacting with engineering or supervisory staff (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
