Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of cleaning and maintenance staff across multiple facilities.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for daily operations.
  • Liaise with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving service quality and staff productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Facilities Services or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facility management.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and facility management software.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in management or a related field preferred.
