Area Supervisor - Columbus, Ohio

RamClean, is a fast-growing commercial cleaning and janitorial services company, seeking a talented and motivated Area Operations Supervisor to join our Columbus team. This area includes Columbus, Powell, Marysville, Dublin, Johnstown, East Liberty, Groveport, Canal Winchester, and other areas in the Columbus and central Ohio area. This is a fluctuating, split shift that primarily covers 1st and 2nd shift operations. The ideal candidate will be able to drive to different accounts in these areas during the weekdays. Your Mission:

As our Area Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee janitorial staff, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational success. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with clients, sales, operations, and cleaning staff.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead and manage cleaning/janitorial staff across multiple locations in the Columbus and surrounding areas Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with our recruiting team to hire, train, and manage cleaning/janitorial staff Conduct on-site audits and inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction Coordinate with sales and operations to onboard new customers and schedule specialty services Monitor our GPS-based mobile app to ensure accurate timekeeping Develop and implement contingency plans for staff call-offs Oversee supply management and payroll processes Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency Collaborate with our executive team to achieve company-wide objectives Report directly to our COO and Director of Operations Your Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in operations management for a facility services company Exceptional communication and delegation skills, especially with email Tech-savvy and experienced with operational software, mobile apps, and laptops Willing to work 40-50 hours per week, flexible split shift will include evenings and occasional weekends Strong leadership, supervisory, and management skills Preferred Skills: Bilingual - Spanish and English 5+ years of experience as an operations manager for a janitorial services company 1 year of experience with Swept or a similar facilities service mobile app Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets What We Offer: Competitive salary of $55,000 per year plus fuel allowance Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Group & Additional Life Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match
