Position Description/Summary:
The Area Property Supervisor  role is responsible for supervising all operations and financial aspects of assigned properties, ensuring that company goals and owner expectations are met or exceeded in all areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the properties in areas to include personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, groundskeeping, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with all affordable programs and company policy as well as Fair Housing and Equal Employment Opportunity and adherence to budgetary constraints. This is a demanding position that requires an individual who possesses a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, flexibility, integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the understanding to strongly but compassionately handle both resident and staff relationships on site. This position oversees properties and staff in an established portfolio.
Working Hours & Travel Expectations
Candidates must be able to work a full-time, forty-hour work week and be willing to work flexible hours and be available for after-hour calls to include weekends. Candidates must be willing to travel  up to 75% of the time, some travel will include conservative overnight stays in instances for training purposes or emergency situations.
The  Area Property Supervisor reports to the CEO. Primary office locations for this position include Elko, Winnemucca, Fallon, Carson City, Yerington, or Tonopah.
