They are located in the Central area – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Hands on operations experience Extensive experience in preparing weekly sales analysis reports Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required. Liaising with Central Kitchen Kiosk outlet operations Formulate and implement strategies/plans to achieve results that align with business objectives. Spearhead the creation and execution of the strategies/plans to ensure profitability. Monitor team performance and competencies Identify key issues by analyzing the sales data and reports to improve outlet performances. Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required. Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
