Role:
- The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple Retail projects, leading their teams, and preparing strategic plans for project success.
- The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion to the client's satisfaction.
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments.
- Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts.
- The Project Manager also serves as a vision leader within the firm.
- 10+ Years of experience designing and managing Retail and / or Mixed-Use Projects
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply building codes and accessibility laws
- Solid understanding of multiple construction types
- Heavy experience managing an architectural design team
- Excellent leadership attributes to mentor supporting staff
- Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and follow-through ability
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a positive attitude
- Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
- Proficient in Revit or similar design applications
- Professional license preferred but not required
- Architecture degree or similar from an accredited college or university.
