Recruit, interview, and hire staff including Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs. Coach and train employees for operational excellence. Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts. Maintain cleanliness and ensure a friendly, high-quality guest experience. What You Bring Minimum 1 year as General Manager in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close at least two nights per week. Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
