Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a quarterly Bonus Program based on restaurant performance. Daily Responsibilities: Manage profitability by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers. Coach and train employees to operational excellence to ensure restaurant success. Complete inventory counts biweekly. Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR). Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk throughout shifts; maneuver safely in compact spaces; operate restaurant equipment. Employees in this role are compensated based on skills, experience, and location. The starting range for new hires varies by state and will be discussed during the hiring process.
