Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and guidance for product integration into manufacturing processes. Analyze customer manufacturing requirements to recommend optimal product solutions and configurations. Conduct product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept for potential customers in manufacturing environments. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to product application and performance on production lines. Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers on product functionality and best practices in manufacturing. Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or vision systems. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, VBA) for automation or custom solutions. Familiarity with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD, process simulation) for manufacturing applications. Certifications or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for manufacturing performance insights.
