As an analytical expert on the Retail Fulfillment Operations team, you'll transform complex datasets into impactful business insights with a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and strategic focus. You will spearhead data-driven efforts, crafting sophisticated models and interactive visualizations to illuminate the dynamics of our Retail supply chain. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand domain-specific requirements, applying data science to uncover insights, drive informed decision-making, and implement automation initiatives that enhance team efficiency by eliminating non-value-added tasks. Communicate findings in relatable terms to senior leadership, highlighting business impact and guiding strategic choices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a track record of leveraging data science and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in using Python and business intelligence software to drive analytics initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies with a passion for uncovering insights and storytelling through data. Comfortable articulating technical concepts in business-friendly language to secure buy-in and drive change. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Snowflake) and visualization tools like Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
