What Your Impact Will Be: Supervise the execution of service standards for the restaurant staff.
Supports Restaurant Manager to oversee resolution of customer service issues.
Supports Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant standards. Dining room and private dining room ambience is maintained consistently.
Ensure food quality and consistency, special requests, and special dietary needs.
In partnership with the Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and follow AG standards, including but not limited to: opening / closing, customer service, ordering and maintenance.
Independently manage restaurant operations in absence of Restaurant Manager.
Ensure the maintenance of restaurant equipment, to ensure orders are placed promptly and accurately, and to manage the operational needs of the Zomato reservation system
Supports the Levy partnership.
Manage the development and performance management of the restaurant staff with support from Restaurant Manager.
Oversee hiring needs and training of staff in conjunction with Restaurant Leadership Team and HR Manager.
Support Restaurant Manager to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Management position experience in fine dining or related restaurant with high volume and fast paced environment with both front and back of house operations exposure.
Current State Sanitation Certification, Serv Safe, Safe Alcohol Consumption Certificate preferred
Computer skills required for Microsoft Software, restaurant reservation systems, POS systems, and  inventory systems. Strong understanding in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Ability to perform diverse physical tasks, including constant walking, standing, and some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.). Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, coaching and problem resolution skills. Highly proficient in communicating in a calm, clear, empathetic, but direct manner. Organizational skills, ability to lead multiple tasks, delegate appropriately and meet deadlines/goals. Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible. Lead by example. Consistently demonstrate positive relationships and teamwork. Salaried:
The annual base salary range for this position is between $64,000and $70,000.
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
