We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agency. The CSR will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in insurance services, policy administration, and claims assistance.

This is 100% in office position based out in Plano, TX from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Prior Allstate or any other Insurance Custome Service or P&C CSR Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, including coverage details, billing questions, and policy changes.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements in compliance with company policies and regulations.


Support customers in filing claims, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with adjusters.


Maintain and update client records in the agency management system (AMS).


Educate clients on available insurance products and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional coverage.


Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.


Work closely with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate policy processing.


Stay updated on state insurance regulations, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.


Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License must required

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and endorsements.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
