Akkodis is seeking a Video Conference Analyst for a contract job with a client in Nashville, TN . The candidate must have strong knowledge of virtual event technologies like Zoom, Teams, and WebEx to support high-impact global presentations. Rate Range: $28/hour to 30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Video Conference Analyst job responsibilities include: Configure and manage virtual and in-office event setups based on client specifications, ensuring seamless execution of layouts, features, and technical elements.

Provide live technical support and training on web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and WebEx.

Present and explain complex technical features to large global audiences, including on-camera participation during live events.

Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.

Monitor and analyze trends and issues in collaborative technologies to recommend improvements.

Escalate critical issues to management and suggest preventive measures to avoid future disruptions.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–4 years supporting virtual events or video conferencing technologies.

Proficiency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other industry-standard streaming tools.

Strong understanding of live event production, including video/audio equipment, streaming protocols, and collaborative technologies.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
