This is a part-time merchandising leadership position focused on maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards, executing Floorsets, and ensuring the store is guest-ready through replenishment and merchandising updates. Responsibilities You have a passion for merchandising: support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards. Floorsets are your responsibility: drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards (including uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobe displays). You are a merchandising innovator: maintain day-to-day merchandising, manage sell-through adjustments and replenishment, and identify merchandising opportunities to action with leadership. Maintain a teamwork mentality: support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team upholds AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store looks fresh. People-focused leadership: champion guest experience as the merchandising teams top priority, recognize team wins, and celebrate successes. Integrity and safety: ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, support shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
