We’re seeking a new Advertising Manager for a Greet magazine in your area to join our team. Greet magazines contain local content for desirable, affluent communities and are appreciated by readers because most content is written by the residents. Your role will include meeting with local business owners to sell advertising and meeting with neighbors in the community to gather content. Responsibilities Meet with local business owners for a consultative sales meeting to determine if a partnership with our communities is a mutual fit. Develop meaningful relationships within the community through a proven model for engagement. Connect local businesses with their ideal customers within the local Greet community. Operate as an outgoing, goal-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and business owner mindset. About the role and qualifications Experience in sales or marketing / communications is common among successful Advertising Managers, but a low-pressure, partnership-focused approach is emphasized. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and act in a business-owner capacity within the local market. Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage with local business owners and community members.
