We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a licensed therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions and provide patients with behavioral and mental health treatments.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field and hold a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of California.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Form strong alliances with patients and coordinate care with external providers
• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
• Participate in training programs for graduate students
• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
