Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies efficiently.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Support operations departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages promptly.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for clients and guests.
- Assist in HR and accounting department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative/AP experience is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
