Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with good communication and motivation skills, as well as efficient multitasking and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to: Provided administrative support to team members, including making copies, scanning of documents, inputting of financial documents into QuickBooks and organizing documents Communicate effectively with all team members and employees daily Greet and answer general questions via phone calls and face-to-face client contact Have knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Know how to file alphanumerically and Scan documents into various databases Tracking and managing of various duties assigned Order and track supplies as needed Maintaining a clean and orderly working environment Constant keying of data and information accurately and effectively into data systems and/ or spreadsheets REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows- Office, Excel, Outlook, Power Point a must Able and eager to performs as an effective-positive team member Excellent organization skills with attention to details is critical Reliable Attendance Able and willing to learn and adept quickly to your working environment Data entry Experience Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment. SKILLS: Ability to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment Attention to Detail and accuracy Basic Math Skills Communicate effectively: verbally and in writing Able to speak, read and write fluent English and work with a team. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus Exhibit a detail-oriented approach in handling all tasks Present professionally and demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day interactions Multi-task and assimilate information quickly
EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: High School diploma/GED. Job Type: Full-time Pay Rate: Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Location : Modesto, CA.
