Key Responsibilities-
Process all job paperwork efficiently and accurately into the company's systems-
Manage accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and general ledger (G/L) functions-
Process bi-weekly payroll and oversee employee benefits administration-
Maintain new hire documentation and employee files-
Generate company financial statements and reports as needed-
Create and issue invoices for commercial and residential projects-
Manage OSHA logs and coordinate ongoing safety training-
Answer phones and assist clients with professionalism and courtesy-
Prioritize and complete multiple administrative tasks in a busy office environment
Qualifications-
5+ years of administrative or bookkeeping experience preferred-
High school diploma or GED required-
Valid driver's license-
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (in compliance with applicable laws)-
Strong customer service and communication skills-
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms-
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability-
High level of discretion with sensitive information-
Critical thinker with strong English writing and grammar skills-
Telephone etiquette required-
Bilingual a plus, but not required-
Physical Demands & Work Environment-
Ability to occasionally climb stairs and lift 15-20 lbs-
Frequent sitting, speaking, typing, and handling of office equipment-
Standard service center office setting with moderate noise level-
