Trillium Construction, repeatedly recognized as a "National Best and Brightest Company" to work for and ranked in the top 1% of staffing firms in the United States, is seeking Administrative Assistants to provide administrative support and assist in recruiting efforts in their Carlsbad, CA based construction and skilled trades office.
Administrative Assistants are responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and determining the appropriate application and evaluation processes.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
- Managing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Maintaining a record of employee birthdays, sending out birthday greetings or reminders to colleagues, and potentially organizing small celebratory gestures.
- Efficiently utilizing web-based job boards to source talent.
- Supporting branch recruiting efforts by developing internet-based recruiting campaigns.
- Assisting with payroll-related functions as needed.
- Maintaining adequate office supplies.
- Developing and implementing systems to improve administrative efficiency and communication.
- Collaborating and assisting subject matter experts on presentations.
- Utilizing presentation software to create high-quality visuals, charts, and infographics.
- Monitoring compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
- Maintaining a positive attitude within a team environment and working well with others.
- Performing other related duties and projects as assigned.
