Client Overview: Our client is a technology company that relies on a skilled US Immigration Team to support their visa-dependent employees' immigration journeys.

Role Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the team's high-volume operations, ensuring timely processing of paper filings, troubleshooting printing issues, tracking and updating case statuses, and providing overall support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Process high-volume paper filings, including collating, copying, distributing, scanning, and mailing

- Troubleshoot high-volume printing issues

- Triage and escalate urgent immigration cases to appropriate teams

- Track, update, and confirm case status within case management software

- Run and analyze case status reports

- Conduct data audits and ensure data integrity

- Provide support for other projects and tasks as directed

- 100% onsite work required

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success:

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in administrative roles

- BA required in any field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneNote)

- Ability to handle high-volume operations and work with cross-functional teams

- Strong attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in building out/documenting processes using OneNote
