Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in Alexandria, MN. Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors professionally, manage calls, emails, and provide information about the organization Maintain daily schedules, calendars, and coordinate conference room bookings Prepare reports, presentations, and review documents for accuracy and completeness Handle office supply inventory, order materials, and manage incoming/outgoing mail Support invoice processing: verify, code, match with receiving info, and input into Oracle Reconcile vendor statements and update vendor information as needed Receive and record parts and supplies into Oracle; communicate discrepancies to purchasers Compile and review production data in Excel; assist with administrative support across departments Coordinate office activities, travel arrangements, and career fairs Follow all safety procedures and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks Qualifications: Three years of administrative experience MS Office skills High school diploma or GED is required Employee Benefits: We offer weekly pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, employee discounts, referral bonus potential, unmatched professional development, and more.
