Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr. (cell phone allowance)

Essential Tasks:

Front Desk & Office Management: Greet visitors, manage sign-in procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization of office and storage spaces.

Document & Mail Handling: Organize and track project records, distribute mail and reports, and prepare memos and correspondence.

Supplies & Travel Coordination: Order office supplies and assist with employee and candidate travel arrangements.

Payroll & Timekeeping: Review and enter timecards, track fuel receipts and equipment logs, and maintain spreadsheets for hours and expenses.

Employee Onboarding: Support new hire onboarding, ensuring all required documentation and training are completed.

Logistics Support: Coordinate material deliveries and employee transportation, acting as a communication link between vendors and project teams.

Safety Support: Organize safety meetings and training, distribute PPE, coordinate drug screenings, and help plan on-site events.

Qualified candidates will have two years of administrative experience.
