Job Overview Synergy Solar Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to support our internal operations team. Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update project timelines, financial tracking, and task lists using Smartsheet.- Perform basic bookkeeping functions: invoice entry, expense categorization, and receipt management.- Assist with scheduling meetings, filing documents, and handling both internal and external inquiries.- Generate project and finance reports from Smartsheet and other platforms as needed.- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal project teams to coordinate and track workflows.- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Office Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role (internships welcome).- Hands-on experience with Smartsheet is required.- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles (QuickBooks experience is a plus).- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized across multiple priorities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Schedule Full-Time - Monday to Friday, flexible during standard business hours.
Work Location Remote with occasional travel for in-person meetings in the South Shore area of Massachusetts.
