Job Summary Our client is looking for a Technical Administrative/Field Clerk professional to provide administrative, document control, and logistical support to field operations and engineering teams. This role is responsible for organizing project documentation, supporting field technology, tracking RFIs and reports, and maintaining accurate records for materials, equipment, and field documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment.

Job Description Provide administrative and logistical support to field operations as needed. Support field technology (iPhones and iPads), including troubleshooting and system updates/downloads. Assist engineers in gathering, preparing, and organizing data for submittals, transmittals to customers, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders, including maintenance of recordkeeping. Assist in generating program reports for distribution. Prepare, submit, and track RFI / DTC tickets in compliance with state and project requirements. Assist with reconciling paper documents to digital systems, including timecards and checklists. Perform minor purchasing through company systems when required. Assist in maintaining accurate material, equipment, and tooling records. Support updates to the standards library and ensure field access to current standards and reference materials. Assist with continuous improvement of field documentation and data-tracking.
