Cellantenna Wireless requires  a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant , part time to support our office operations handling day-to-day administrative tasks while assisting with other basic bookkeeping functions.

Bookkeeping Support Functions:
Using Quickbooks.
Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable in Quickbooks
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding billing and payments as directed by the book keeper .
Administrative Duties:
Answering phone calls and other general office duties
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Handle filing tasks either physically or electronically.
5+ years of  QuickBooks and bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Google Chrome)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
You must live in South Florida with in driving distance to our Coral Springs Florida offices.
